The
ski runs are really close by: just 200 metres away, the Linga
cable-car
station (you can ski down to it).
Between
the apartment-house and the forest, Châtel's beautiful
cross-country ski run
(re-traced
several times a day).
Behind
the apartment-house on the left of the photo, a ski-lift for
beginners has just been installed this year.
